几种肠道杆菌微量生化鉴定系统质量评价比较

摘　　要：本文对作者研制的JWE—18细菌微量生化鉴定系统及其他几种同类产品进行了质量评价比较.在评价时,除了应用比较外.还使用了作者设计的“细菌生化鉴定系统质量考核方案”中的基本性能考核部分·这样。对每种鉴定系统的评价就更为客观全面.经用上述方法比较,结果显示.JWE—18优于其他四种鉴定系统.In this paper we compare and evaluate several bacterial biochemical identification systems of Enterobacteriaceae with the JW E—18,a similar products developed by outhours. With the exception of applied comparison,a comprehensive appraisal programme designed by the writers have been used in this evaluation. Therefore, it is more practical and comprehensive for this evaluation of these systems. By the above ways of comparison,the result shows that JW E—18 is superior to the other four similar kinds of identification systems.
