无机混凝剂聚合硫酸铁的制备研究

摘　　要：研究了几种制备聚合硫酸铁的方法,并对各种合成方法的影响因素进行了深入的分析。根据硫酸亚铁氧气氧化合成法的特点,设计了合理的生产设备,缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率。经测试液体聚合硫酸铁的性能和指标达到和超过了国外标准。同时介绍了生产固体聚合硫酸铁的生产工艺,解决了液体聚合硫酸铁在运输和存贮方面的缺陷。This paper studies several methods of preparation poluferric sulfate. Various factors influencing on the preparation are analysed in detail. According to its characteristic the technological process and equipment has been designed for syn- thesizing the polyferric sulfate from ferrous sulfate and oxygen with high produc- tion efficiency. The quality indexes of the produced liquid polyferiic sulfate meet or even exceed the relevant Japanese standard. Its solidification technology has also been devised successfully, which facilitates the transportation and storage greatly.
