摘　　要：Keeping in view the biological activities of 3-hydroxyisoxa- zole and cyclic phosphate derivatives,some compounds possessing these two moieties have been synthesized,the structural elucidation of these diastereomers was made depending on spectral analyses.The mechanism could be illustrated by the theories of trigonal bipyramide intermediate and pseudorotation.Keeping in view the biological activities of 3-hydroxyisoxa- zole and cyclic phosphate derivatives,some compounds possessing these two moieties have been synthesized,the structural elucidation of these diastereomers was made depending on spectral analyses.The mechanism could be illustrated by the theories of trigonal bipyramide intermediate and pseudorotation.
