摘　　要：本文回顾性分析6例腹主动脉瘤的诊断和治疗,其中5例施行瘤体切除加真丝人造血管移植,1例未手术。术后死亡1例,4例术后没有并发症,经3年随访情况良好。本文对逆行动脉造影和死亡病例进行分析、讨论。The article retrospectively analysed the diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Five of them were operated on by aneurysmectomy with prosthetic vascular graft. One of them was not. One cases died and four cases had no complications after surgery. Follow-up survey at three years showed that the patients who survived were well. The article also discussed and analysed the value of retrograde arteriogram and the mortality case.
