摘　　要：九年中,对40例颈性眩晕患者采取手术切除颈椎间盘+植骨术同时,行椎动脉周围的交感神经剥离术,切断前斜角肌以松解和消除椎动脉的刺激因素。38例获得满意效果。要取得手术的成功,必须严格掌握手术适应症。Forty patients who suffered from vertigo caused by cervical spondylosis had been treated, using sympa-thectomy of vertebral artery,good results had been obtained in 38 cases. The surgical procedure was to strip the sympathectic fibres around the vertebral artery after cervical disketomy and bone graft. At the same time scalenus anterior muscle was been cut off to relax the muscle. So the irritationg factors of the vertebral artery were elminated.
