腰棘间韧带损伤的手术治疗

摘　　要：报告1983～1992年对经过保守治疗无效的腰棘间韧带损伤的患者,应用手术治疗,以碳纤维作棘间韧带重建,共32例,男24例,女8例,年龄21～66岁。其中9例单纯损伤,17例并发腰间盘突出或椎管狭窄和突出和6例脊髓探查椎板切除后重建。术后3个月内腰骶中线的疼痛和压痛均消失,随访半年～7年,平均4年,脊柱稳定,无复发,均恢复工作。本文对诊断和治疗问题作了讨论,并叙述了手术方法。From 1983 to 1992,32 cases of ineffective Non-operation treatment with lumbar interspinous liga-mentous injury have been treated by the carbon-fibre recontruction. of which, men, 24 cases, woman 8 cases, the age ranged from 21-66 years old; 9 cases were of simple injury, 17 cases complicated protrusion of intervertebral disc or disc protrusion and spinal canal stenosis, 6 cases laminectomy. The pain of all patients were relieved within 3 months after operation. Follow -up 6 months -7 years, average 4 years, all of these patients have roturnde to their work. This paper described the surgical procedures and discussed diagnosis and treatment.
