摘 要:于1986~1991年对玉米茎腐病病原菌及栽培措施与发病关系进行了研究.结果指出,河北省玉米茎腐病系多种病原菌侵染所致,其中串珠镰刀菌、禾谷镰刀菌和腐霉菌是优势病原菌.单独或复合侵染为害.玉米品种之间抗病性差异显著,在6~8叶期接种比常规的撒粉期接种效果好.播期、前茬对本病发生轻重亦有明显影响.防治此病采用抗病品种、栽培技术等为主的综合措施效果最佳.The pathogen of maize stalk rot and the relationship between cultivation techniques and development of the disease were studied in 1986-1991. The results indicated that the disease was caused by several kinds of pathogenetic fungi in Hebei province,among which Fusarium moniliforme, F. grainineasum and Pythium sp. were dominants. They could infect the plant either singly or complexly. There was a significant difference in disease resistance between maize varieties. This disease showed higher incidence when these fungi were inoculated at 6 - 8 leaf stage than at flowering stage. Seeding date and preceding crops exerted tremendous influences on the disease severity. The control policy for the disease is to select the disease resistant varieties and to use new cultivation techniques.
