湿性疗法治愈电击伤13例临床体会

摘　　要：自1988年以来,作者采用湿性医疗技术治疗电击伤创面13例,均收到满意疗效,与传统方法比较具有适应症广泛,愈合时间短,致残率低等优点。作者在文中介绍了两例典型病例,并谈了经验体会:1、最大限度地促进成活组织。2、便于创面观察,利于引流。3、有促进愈合作用。4、减少或不留疤痕,有利于恢复劳动力。5、减少病人痛苦。13 Cases of electric burn were treated with MEBT. The results were very satisfactory. As compared with conventioal therapy, MEBT has the advantages of wide indication, short healing period and low disablement rate. In this paper, two typical cases were described in detail. The authors concluded that MEBT has the following advantages: 1. The survival tissue is protected to the largest extent. 2. Easy inspection of the wounds and promotion of drainage. 3. Promotion of wound healing. 4. Lessening scar formation (or even no scar formation) and promoting the recovery of labour ability. 5. Lessening pains of the patients.
