应用湿润烧伤膏治疗烧伤时发生感染的分析

摘　　要：作者总结了近四年来应用MEBO治疗烧伤患者发生感染的情况。本文通过对64例治疗中发生感染的分析认为:错误的用药方法,创面液化物污染正常皮肤;休克期渡过不平稳等均可造成感染。本文最后还提出了针对性的治疗措施和预防措施。The authors summarized the causes of infection in the treatment of burn patients using MEBO and concluded that improper use of MEBO, normal skin contaminated by the liquefication product of the wounds and the patients did not tide over the shock stage smoothly were the main causes of infections. Appropriate precentive and therapeutic measures were suggested.
