摘　　要：失能眩光的测试是与对比敏感度密切有关的一种视功能检查方法,它主要评价眼内出现散射光时对视功能的影响。为便于进一步研究失能眩光对视功能的影响,采用Miler Nidler眩光测试仪对126辊正常人(年龄11～69岁)进行了测试,并对不同年龄组的测试结果进行了比较。所测失能眩光值为2.5％～7.5％;在<20岁和40岁的两个年龄组之间,失能眩光值的差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。所以,在分析失能眩光的测试结果时,需要考虑年龄因素。The disability glare test is closely related to the contrast sensitivity. It is a visual function test for the evaluation of the impact of diffuse light in the eyes on vision. The authors performed the test on 126 normal subjects (252 eyes)aged 11～69 years with the Miller Nidler glare test apparatus and found the values to be 2.5％～7.5％ with significant differences between age groups of <20 years and >40 years. Therefore, the age factor should be taken into account in the evaluation of disability glare test results.
