胸腺素和胰岛素对I型糖尿病抑制T细胞的作用

摘  要:观察28例不同病程的Ⅰ型糖尿病人外周血单核细胞(PBMC)经胸腺素及胰岛素治疗后,用刀豆球蛋白A(ConA)诱导抑制T细胞和WuT_8(抑制/细胞毒)单克隆抗体法检测抑制T细胞的活力和百分率。发现无论是胸腺素或胰岛素均能使糖尿病患者ConA诱导的抑制T细胞活力和WuT8的百分率得到改善或趋于正常化。胸腺素的最大作用浓度为3.22μmol/L,而胰岛素为1.722nmol/L(240.05mIU/L)。胸腺素比胰岛素作用更大。The activity and the percentage of suppressor T cells in PBMC from 28 patients with type I diabetes of various durations treated with thymosin or insulin were detected by using the method of ConA-induced suppressor T cells and Wu T8 (suppressor/cytotoxic) monoclonal antibody respectively. Both thymosin and insulin were found to have ability to improve and normalize the ConA-induced suppressor cell activity and the percentage of Wu T8 cells in diabetic patients. The maximal effects were found at the concentration of 3. 22μmol/L thymosin and 1. 722nmol/L(240. 05mIU /L) insulin. Thymosin was more effective than insulin.
