摘　　要：本文报道73例新生儿低钙血症。血清钙<1.5mmol/L者15例,～1.60mmol/L者20例,～1.75mmol/L者38例,最低1例为1.40mmol/L,文章就本病的发病因素,临床表现及预防进行了讨论。73 cases of Hypocalcemia (<1. 75mmol/L) of the newborn is reported. Of these cases, the level of serum calcium is below 1. 5mmol/L in 15 Cases, ~1. 6mmol/L 20 cases, ~1. 75 mmol/L 38 cases. The lowest one is 1. 4mmol/L, The article was discussed about the e- tiopathology, clinical menifestation and prophylaxis of the disease.
