摘  要:本文采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定了36例新生儿败血症血浆和红细胞脂质过氧化物(LPO)的动态变化,其中6例还采用电子自旋共振法直接测定了血浆自由基的动脉变化,并以22例正常新生儿作为对照。结果表明:新生儿败血症时血浆自由基、LPO和红细胞LPO均明显增高,治疗后下降并趋正常;统计分析显示新生儿血浆自由基水平与血浆或红细胞LPO均呈明显的正相关关系。揭示自由基涉及了败血症炎症过程。Lipid peroxides (LPO) in plasma and erythroctes were determined in 36 cases of neona- tal septicemia and 22 normal neonates as controls. Plasma free radicals was measured by electron spin resonance spectrometer in 6 patients. The results showed that free radicals in plasma and erythrocytes significantly increased before treatment and decredased to normal levels in convalescenece. Statistical analysis revealed a positive linear relationship between plasma free radicals and plasma LPO or erythrocyte LPO. Our study shows that free radicals involve in inflammatory processes of septicemia. That measurement of LPO in plasma o(?) ery- throcytes a simple, reliable method which can reveal metabolic statement of free radicals in human.
