防止GBS气管切开患者呼吸道感染的消毒措施研究

摘　　要：细菌学试验表明,污染严重的吸痰管经1:1000新洁尔灭溶液处理,辅以热水冲洗,可以达到无菌。我们将本法应用于临床,并强化其他消毒措施,GBS(格林-巴利综合征)长期气管切开患者气管内分泌物中绿脓杆菌检出率从89.7％下降至6.9％;除去死亡及自动出院病例,平均住院时间缩短17.3天,平均气切维持时间减少13.3天。It was shown by bacteriologic studies that the se-riously contaminated sputum suction catheters becamesterile after being treated with 1:1000 Bromo-geramineum and rinsed with hot water. By using thismethod and other intensive disinfection proceduras inclinical practice, the incidence of P. aeruginosa inendotracheal aspirates of long-period post-tracheostomy patients with GBS had reduced from89.7% to 6.9%, Excluding the dead cases and thosewho refused the therapy so were discharged, the meanperiod of hospitalization of the patients reduced by17.3 days, and the mean maintaining period oftracheostomy reduced by 13.3 days.
