摘　　要：本文对我院1990年全年的精神科出院病人进行了调查分析。认为精神病人的医院感染率与原发精神症状的特点,病员之间的交叉感染和无菌操作或消毒不严有显著关系,而与年龄、性别、城乡卫生习惯及季节变化均无关。并针对精神病人的医院感染特点和相关因素提出预防对策。In this study, a series of investigations and ana-lyses were made on discharged patients inpsychopathic ward in 1990. It was considered that thenosocomial infection rate had significant differencefrom primary psychopathic symptoms, cross infectionbetween the patients and aseptic manipulation orunsatisfactory sterilization, and had no obvious differ-ence from age, sex, health habit and seasonal change.Countermeasure was promoted against thecharicteristics and correlation of nosocomial infectionin psychopathic ward.
