摘　　要：运用体视学理论、图象分析技术和数理统计学方法,初步建立起膀胱癌,前列腺癌、肝癌和肺癌细胞的形态定量诊断方程并研究了癌细胞的DNA分布规律.The authors of this paper have attempted to develop an elementary cell-morphometry diagnostics equation of bladder cancers, prostatic carcinomas, hepatocell carcinomas and lung adenocarcinomas, applying stereology theory, image analysis technique and statistical method, more over, they have also studied the regularity of distribution of DNA in the cancer cells. This article describes their work on this subject and presents the result of it.
