昆明地区野薄荷精油含量及化学成分

摘　　要：唇形科植物野薄荷(Mentha haplocalyx Briq)是重要的香科植物和药用植物,在昆明两郊区及八县均有分布.阴至半干的野薄荷全株,含精油0.2％～0.3％.嵩明野薄荷(M_(24))精油含量0.3％,西山区M_(34)精油含量0.25％,富民M_(35)含0.31％,禄劝县M_(36)含0.32％,宜良M_(37)含0.26％,晋宁县M_(29)含0.3％,M_(30)含0.18％,M_(31)含0.19％.首次报道了昆明地区嵩明县野薄荷精油的化学成分,它含有32种挥发油成分,主要有薄荷醇(22.92％)、胡薄荷酮(35.44%)、对薄荷酮(12.3%)、L柠檬烯(6.1%)、3-辛醇、乙酸薄荷酯等.The chemical constituents of Mentha haplocalyx Brig oil from the Kunming area are reported first time in present paper.There are 31 Kinds of chemical constituents in their oil. They are Menthol, pulegone, P-menthone, L-limonene, 3-octanol, menthol, acetate, Limonene glycol-and so on.
