脑脊液乳酸脱氢酶测定对颅脑损伤诊断及预后的价值

摘　　要：测定68例急性颅脑损伤病人脑脊液(CSF)乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,发现颅脑损伤组CSF-LDH 活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。轻、中、重伤CSF-LDH 活性分别为0.038±0.026,0.092±0.077,0.588±0.441,各组间差异显著(P<0.05),重伤组CSF-LDH 活性≥0.401 的7例均死亡,低于 0.242 者预后一般良好。提示 CSF-LDH 活性测定对估计颅脑损伤的程度和范围,判断预后有一定的参考价值。The activity of lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF)of 68 patients with acute head injury and 10 persons serving as Controls were measured. The activity of CSF-LDH in patient group was much higher than that in the controls(P<0. 01). The activities of CSF-LDH in the subgroups of mild, moderate and severe patients were 0. 038±0. 026,0. 092±0. 077,0. 588±0. 441 respectively and the differences were signifi cant(P<0. 05). AU 7 cases in severe group in which CSF-LDH activity were higher than 0. 401 died. This suggests that measurement of CSF-LDH activity is of value in diagnosis and estimation of prognosis of brain injury.
