自体颅骨粉碎移植初期颅骨成形术动物实验及临床应用

摘　　要：为能在一次手术中早期达到去骨瓣减压作用,1 月后又能实现颅骨成形之目的,避免2期颅骨成形术。我们根据游离角再生原理,从1989年至1993年今采用自体颅骨粉碎移植,初期颅骨成形术。通过动物实验和临床应用,完全实现了上述之作用和目的,取得了满意效果。Based on the principles of free bone regeneration, we conducted animal experiment on 11 rabbits from Dec. 1989 to May 1990 by removing bone flap within 15 days to achieve decompression and performing cranioplasty a month later in order to avoid secondary cranioplasty. From May 1990,13 patients with brain trauma and l with skuli hyperosteoge ny have been operated by primary cranioplasty for autotransplantation of cranial gririd with first inten tion in all cases. This approach proved to have the benef icial effects on patients with head injury treated by cranioplasty.
