人胚绒毛膜提取物诱导人胃腺癌细胞分化

摘　　要：人胚绒毛膜提取物可抑制人胃腺癌MGc80-3细胞的DNA合成,降低rDNA的活性,改变其超微结构恶性表型,提示人胚绒毛膜可能含有抑癌活性因子,可能具诱导癌细胞分化的作用.The extract of human embryo ehorion can inhibit the synthesis of MGc80-3 cell's DNA,reduce the activity of rDNA,and change the malignant phenotypic characteristics. It is suggested that the extracts of human embryo chorion probably contain biological factor(s) of suppressing cancer,and have the effect of inducing the differentiation of the cancer cells.
