摘　　要：基于本文对蛋白质卷曲起始位点的假设,提出了一个新参数——氨基酸的有序结构形成势。利用此参数及相应的程序来寻找蛋白质卷曲起始点——蛋白质中有序结构形成势最高的肽段。用BPTI的计算结果非常吻合地解释了BPTI的二硫键重组过程,对其余20个蛋白质的计算结果也进行了讨论。Based on the hypothesis on protein folding initiation, in this paper, a new parameter, conformation potential of amino acid, has been established together with corresponding computer program to search for protein folding initiation-the fragment with the highest conformation potential in protein. An excellent explanation for the folding pathway of BPTI has been presented and the results of other twenty proteins have also been discussed.
