摘  要:利用Bowman和Cole提出的土壤有机磷分组方法,对长期施用有机肥的24个土样和有机肥进行了分析,同时,用3种纯有机磷试剂进行了盆栽试验。结果表明,在各土壤样品中,有机磷组分都以中度活性有机磷为主,活性有机磷在不同处理中差异较大,变化范围较宽。随着有机肥施用量的增加,有机磷总量以及活性有机磷、中度活性有机磷都会明显增加,三者与速效磷的相关分析都呈极显著水平。中度活性有机磷和小麦籽粒产量呈极显著相关关系。核糖核酸钠、卵磷脂、植酸钙在未灭菌盆栽试验中,对春小麦均有较高的植物有效性。Soil organic phosphrous of 24 Lou soil samples from the fields with long - term application of organic manure and organic manure samples were analytically frac-tioned using Bowman - Cole method. Meanwhile,the pot experiments of three pure organic phosphorus reagents on spring wheat were conducted in greenhouse. The results showed that moderately labile organic phosphorus constituted the main proportion in organic fractions of 24 soil samples. Labile organic phosphorus showed the great difference in various treatments. Total amount of organic phosphorus and the labile and moderately labile organic phosphorus were obviously increased with an increase in application of organic manure. Furthermore,those three kinds of organic phosphorus were significantly correlated with available phosphorus respectively. Also,the relationship between moderately labile organic phosphorus and wheat yield was also in significant positive correlation. The three reagents-of organic phosphorus of Na - PNA,Lecithin and Ca-phytate in non-sterilizated pot experiments had quite high plant availability upon spring wheat.
