摘 要:湖南石化公司某办公楼加层后,由于不均匀下沉,建筑物产生大量裂缝,有倒塌危险。因此,决定对大楼基础进行加固处理。在详细分析产生不均匀下沉原因的基础上,经方案的比较决定采用高压旋喷注浆加固基础。文中对有关加固方案进行了力学计算,校核设计参数的合理性、正确性。并对砂层中旋喷桩的施工方法及施工工艺等作了介绍。加固后对建筑物的观测以及力学校核计算都说明了高压旋喷方法对地基补强是十分有效的。Increased floors on an office building in Hunan petrochemical Company caused uneven subsidence,resulting in a large amount of fissures on the building and putting it at the risk of demolition. Therefore it was decided to consolidate the building. Detailed research into the causes for uneven subsidence and comparison of schemes decided that hign pressure jet grouting method would be adopted for consolidation. Mechanical calculation on the consolidation engineering , check of rationality and correctness of design parameters, construction method and technology of jet grouting pile in sand layer are introduced. Observation and mechanical check calculation after completion of consolidation shown that high pressure jet grouting method is highly effective for foundation consolidation.
