摘 要:9300平巷由于围岩为塑性软岩体,地压、位移大,且持续时间长,因而巷道支架破坏严重。虽经修复,仍继续变形,安全无保障。为此决定采用喷浆临时支护、砌块永久支护、壁后注浆充填支护技术(即喷块注浆支护),对110m大巷进行修复。这种刚柔结合的全封闭复合结构式支架,具有让压、承压以及承压均匀等优点,克服了传统支架的不足,有较大的发展前景。The surrounding rock of 9300 drift is of plastic soft type. Because of great ground pressure, rock movement and long action duration, the support facilities were destroyed. Although being repaired, they continued to deform,excessive rock movement still posed safety problems.Therefore it was decided that the technology of temporary shotcrete-permanent block-postwall injection was used for repair of a 110m drift.This fully sealed complex structural support, combining stiffness with softness, has many advantages, such as yieldability,ability to bear ground pressure,even distribution of pressure etc. It eliminates defects of traditional support and prospects well.
