摘　　要：作为Shell煤气化装置核心设备的点火开工系统事故频出,为从根本上解决该问题,提出一体化解决方案,从机理部分出发,彻底解决点火开工难的问题,极大的减少了停车的频率和开车时间,使整个系统安全性和经济性有了大幅度提高。The ignition/start-up system,as a Shell coal gasification plant（SCGP） core equipment,has frequent accidents and in order to fundamentally solve the problem an integrated solutions are proposed starting from the mechanism to completely solve the difficult ignition/start-up problem and this greatly reduces the shut-down frequency and start-up time making the safety and economy of the whole system greatly improved.
