摘 要:根据长白落叶松小北湖种源56株优树自由授粉的子代10年生测定林的主要性状,估算了各性状的遗传变异系数、遗传相关系数、遗传力及遗传增益,用主分量分析方法综合选择了优良家系,结果表明,主要性状在家系间都有显著差异;树高、胸径、材积的遗传变异系数较大,遗传力也较高,在5%的入选率下,其遗传增益分别是12.2%,18.7%和34.3%;各性状的遗传力随年龄增大呈递增趋势;大多数性状间的遗传相关系数达到显著或极显著水平;主分量分析方法可较好地解决优良家系的综合选择问题。The genetic variation coefficients, genetic correlations, heritability and genetic gains were estimated according to the main characters of 10-year old open pollinated offsprings of Larix olgensis. The superior families were comprehensively selected with the method of principal component analysis. The results show as following: The differences of the characters between the families were significant; The tree height, DBH and volume have bigger genetic variation coefficients and heritabilities, and the genetic gains are 12.2%, 18.7% and 34.3% respectively at the Selection rate of 5%; The heritability of each characters increased with the age increasing; The genetic correlations among most characters reached the significant level; The comprehensive selection for superior families can be determined better by using the method of principal component analysis.
