REPORT ON SEED ACCELERATING GERMINATION EXPERIMENT FOR AMUR CORK-TREE

摘  要:黄波罗是东北地区重要造林树种,其种子具有弱度休眠特性,一般需经2—3个月催芽,为探求快速催芽的方法,分别用生长刺激剂(GA_3,IAA,NAA,Et及NaNO_3)处理种子,然后在低温下沙藏。播种后的调查表明,初期的发芽率以Et及IAA处理为好,但最终的出苗率差异不显著。苗木生长以NaNO_3处理最好。催芽时间(在低温下沙藏)缩短为一个月。Amur cork-tree (Phellodendron amurense Rupr.) is a principal afforestation tree species in Northeast region of China. Its seed has a character of weak domancy, and generally, it needs 2 or 3 monthes to germinate. In order to obtain the methods for accelerating germination, the seed was treated by using growth stimulant(GA_3,IAA,NAA, Et and NaNO_3)and then stored in sand at low temperature. The results are as follows: (1) The period of accelerating germination can be reduced about one month by using above methods.(2) According to the germination percentage in early state, the best methods are Et and IAA treatments but according to the final germination percentage, there are no significant difference among all treatments. According to the seedling growth state, the best method is NaNO_3 treatment.
