STUDY ON THE AFFECT OF TEMPERATURE ON SEED ACCELERATING GERMINATION OF AMUR CORK-TREE

摘  要:于1983年秋采自东北林业大学哈尔滨林场的黄波罗(Rhellodendron amurese Rupr)种子在不同温度条件下进行混沙催芽,试验结果表明:(1)在0—10℃催芽能解除休眠,以5℃发芽率为最好。(2)在0—10℃条件下催芽种子的抑制活性显著下降;淀粉酶活性也比较高,并更多的淀粉水解为还原糖。(3)催芽开始种子的呼吸作用迅速增强,到种子萌发时达最大。(4)催芽初期种子内部物质转化不明显。近萌发阶段时过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、淀粉酶活性都增加。种子萌发阶段,还原糖、脂肪酸增多、蛋白质重新组合、胚乳物质转移至胚、胚根伸长。采用先低温后高温催芽能加速种子萌发。The experiment of accelerating germination was made by mixed amur cork-tree(Phellodendron amurese Rupr.) seed with moist sand at different temperature gradients. The sample was collected from Harbin Experimental Forest Farm of Northeast Forestry University in autumn 1983. The results were shown as follows. (1) Accelerating germination released the dormancy at 0℃—10℃, while optimal germination ratio occurs at 5℃. (2) Under 0℃—10℃ condition the inhibiting activity of the seed (accelerating germination) was reduced significantly; the activity of amylase was relatively high and more starch was hydrolyzed into reducing sugar. (3) At the beginning of accelerating germination, the respiration function of the seed increased rapidly and reached maximum when seed germination. (4) At the beginning phase, the inner substances of the seed transformed insignificantly; at pre-germination phase the activities of hydrogen-peroxidase, peroxidase, amylase increased; and at germination phase reducing sugar, aliphatic acid increased, the protein was recombined, the substances in endosperm transfered into embryo, embryonic root elongated. It can accelerate seed germination using low temperature at the beginning and then high temperature.
