摘　　要：目的调查医院门诊用药咨询内容,为提高患者依从性提供参考。方法收集医院2008年7月至2009年4月的药物咨询记录,对门诊用药咨询的药物类别和内容进行分类、统计、分析。结果咨询的药物类别排序前3位分别为抗菌药物(占20.04%)、心脑血管药物(占16.15%)、解热镇痛抗炎药物(占12.07%),咨询的内容以药物用法用量咨询最多(占38.46%),咨询者的年龄以老年组居首(占38.74%)。结论提供用药咨询服务,能帮助促进合理用药、保障用药安全,同时也对药师的业务水平提出了更高的要求。Objective To investigate contents of medicine consultation in out-patient department of our hospital,and to provide data for improving patients drug compliance.Methods The records of medication advisory service from July 2008 to April 2009 in our hospital were collected.Categories and contents of medicine consultation in out-patient department were classified,statisticed and analyzed.Results Of the total drugs consulted,the leading three places were antibiotics（20.04%）,cerebro-cardiovascular drug（16.15%）,and analgesics,antipyretics and anti-inflammatory agents（12.07%）.Dosage and administration was most of medicine consultation by 38.46%.The old age group was the front row of consultant＇s age group distributes by 38.74%.Conclusion The service of medicine consultation can help doctor using medicine reasonably and safely.Drug use consultation can put forward a higher request to pharmacist＇s professional work level.
