炼油厂贮气柜腐蚀成因分析及综合防护研究

摘　　要：根据大庆炼厂贮气柜腐蚀现状,系统地分析了腐蚀成因。通过室内模拟挂片与现场挂片,研究出涂层—牺牲阳极—缓蚀剂综合防护方法,并在炼厂新建贮气柜上实施,预计提高使用寿命一倍左右。为各种类型贮气柜的防护提供了一种新途径。In the paper, according to corroding condition on the storage gas tank in Oil Refinery of Daqing, passed imitating piece test in the la- boratory and industry, the mean allied protection using coating-sacrificial anode-slow corrosive agent was studied and passed test in the new setting storage gas tank of Oil Refinery. Used longevity expected will double that in the past.
