罗姆尼羊与糊羊血清蛋白电泳分析(1989年度)

摘  要:本文内容主要是对来自青藏高原的英罗羊、中亚热地区繁殖(湖北省钟祥县)的新罗羊以及浙江省地方品种湖羊首次引入江西清江(北纬28°,海拔40~60m)后,置于相同饲养管理条件下,在最热的7月份对各品种羊血清蛋白参数进行的测定。结果表明:英罗羊的平均β球蛋白值比绵羊最低值(3.7%)低0.1%,湖羊的平均γ球蛋白值比绵羊最高值(27.5%)高出4.3%。β球蛋白在三个品种之间,相互差异都极显著(P<0.01),γ球蛋白的差异,湖羊与新、英两种罗姆尼羊间达到极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05).新罗羊与英罗羊之间,在白蛋白和β球蛋白的差异分别达到显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)。以上差异可以认为是既有品种原因,又有较长时期的生活环境差别作用的结果。The blood serum protein parameters of England (?)ney,New ZealandRommney and‘Tai Hu’sheep were analysed in July 1989 after they were firs-tly introduced into Qingjang,Jiangxi Province under the same breeding andmanagement level.The average β-globin of England Rommney was 0.1% lowerthan that of common sheep's minimum(3.7%),while the average β-globin of‘Tai Hu’sheep was 4.3% higher than that of common sheep's maximum(27.5%).The difference of β-globin was very much significant from each other among thethree breeds(P<0.01).The differences of γ-globin were also significant bet-ween‘Tai Hu’sheep and New Zealand Rommney(P<0.01)and England Ro-mmney(P<0.05).The differences between New Zealand Rommney and EnglandRommney were significant in albumin(P<0.05)and very much significant inβ-globin(P<0.01).Those differences can be considered to be caused by boththe breed characteristics and their disparities of long-term living habitat.
