摘  要:对一种新型的 MMH 防塌泥浆体系进行了研究。MMH 是一种层状混合金属氢氧化物溶胶,胶粒粒径为0.2μm 左右,荷正电,它能使泥浆转化为正电体系,有很强的抑制粘土矿物水化膨胀的作用。1%的 MMH 对钙质或钠质蒙脱土的抑制能力与10%的氯化钾相当。A novel anti-caving mud system formulated by using a mixed metal layered hyd- roxide compound (MMH) is studied experimentally in laboratory.MMHs are prepared generally in the form of positively charged sol with particle size about 0.02 μm.With the help of MMHs a commonly negatively charged mud system can be made a po- sitively charged one.At lower concentrations in mud,MMH functions as thickener and the apparent viscosity and yield stress of the mud increase with increasing MMH concentration.At higher concentrations in mud,however,MMH serves as thinner and these mud characteristics decrease with increasing MMH concentration.MMH exhibits unusual inhibition for clay swelling.For Na- and Ca-montmorillonite the inhibitory ability of MMH is 10 times larger than that of KCl.
