摘  要:本文研究用大庆原油的几种馏份油为原料通过汽相氧化制备驱油剂石油羧酸盐。该驱油剂原料易得、制备工艺简单、成本低廉、界面活性好。作者在活性剂制备中发展了一种“二次抽提”的方法,进一步提高了该种驱油剂的界面活性。Petroleum carboxylates that may be suitable for tertiary oil recovery have been prepared inexpensively from some fractions of Daqing crude oil by a two-step process on a laboratory reaction apparatus. The feed stocks 'were first oxidized by air oxygen in vapor phase and the oxidized products were then reacted with sodium hydroxide. As a result, dilute solutions of sodium petroleum carboxylates were obtained that produced ultralow (<l0^(-2)mN/m) interfacial tensions against a variety of hydrocarbons with a wide range of equivalent alkane carbon numbers and the simulated Daqing crude oil. The petroleum carboxylates solutions remained interfacially active even in the presence of considerable amounts of calcium chloride. In order to convert thouroughly the organic acids formed to surfactants in the presence of excess base and recover the surfactants partitioned into the organic phase, a 'secondary extraction procedure' has been used in the step of reaction of sodium hydroxide with oxidized products of hydrocarbons.The surfactants systems obtained from this procedure showed significantly improved interfacial activities.
