摘  要:本文研究了BSTS压电微晶玻璃的定向析晶工艺,分析了热处理温度,温度梯度、及保温时间对析晶性能的影响,探讨了BSTS压电微晶玻璃的定向析晶机理。In this paper, the oriented crystallization process of BSTS Piezoelectric glass-ceramics was investigated. The influences of the heat treatment temperature, temperature gradient, and heat treatment time or crystallition propertyhave have been discussed. It was found that the crystallite growth of BSTS glass-ceram- ics was controlled by interfacie and fixed member of nuclei by means of DTA. The experiment results show that the piezoelectric glass-ceramics prepared in this orientation process have potential applications for hydrophones, surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices, and pyroelectric IR detectors.
