摘　　要：运用电磁场和电路分析方法确定了一种合理的纵向排列波导腔毫米波耿氏压控振荡器的等效电路模型,提出了分析其频率响应的方法,并利用计算机分析的结果,设计成功Ka波段波导腔变容管调谐的耿氏振荡器。By way of electromagnetic field and circuit analysi s , a kind of rationalized equivalent circuit model for VCOs having an in - line arrangement along the waveguide cavity is presented , and ways of analyzing its frequency response given .The paper shows how with the aid of CAA a Ka - band waveguide cavity varactor - tuned Gunn oscillator can be designed .
