摘　　要：BZ28-1油田工程于1989年4月30日机械完工,5月25日投产,6月30日正式商业性生产,第一船原油外输日本,至今已经一年了。这是我国第一个自行设计、自行建造的海上油田。一年来生产原油约271 155 t,外输10次,创汇约4480万美元,生产天然气12243万米~3,处理污水18490m^3。油田的三项产品(油、气、水)质量均合格,特别是原油达到了优质标准。整个油田系统运行正常,没有出现过大的事故,没有中断过一天生产。The BZ 28-1 project, an oil field project designed and constructed for the first time with Chinese own effort, has come into production for a year. The year's practical operation has fully proved the successful design of the single point mooring system, production storage tanker, two wellhead decks and two 1.65 km long submarine pipelines the project included. Through systematic investigation and careful analysis, points deserving further consideration in future designing have been summed up.
