摘 要:本文试图探讨消化性溃疡餐后2~5小时低血糖的原因及糖尿病与冠心病之间发病的因果关系。发现:口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT):冠心病和糖尿病组,血糖峰值时相后移;胰岛素释放试验(IRT):糖尿病、冠心病、溃疡病三组峰值时相均后移;胰岛素释放指数:(IRI):冠心病与溃疡病组,服糖后120分钟及180分钟均高于正常。提示:冠心病与溃疡病患者胰岛素释放延迟,冠心病患者潜在着发生糖尿病的危险因素,而溃疡病者易发生餐后2~5小时低血糖症。The purpose of this paper was to study the cause of hypoglycemia of the patients with ulcer disease 2—5 hours after meal and reveal the causality between the occurrence of diabetes and coronary heart disease. It was found that in oral glucose tolerance test the blood glucose peak value of the coronary heart disease and diabetes groups postponed in phase and in insulin release test the peak value of diabetes, coronary heart disease and ulcer diseae groups all postoned in phase, 120 and 180 minutes after taking glucose orally the insulin release index of coronary heart disease and ulcer disease groups was higher than normal level. Tljie results indiate that the patients with coronary heart disease and ulcer disease show postponement of insulin release, the patients with coronary heart disease are potential to catch diabetes,and the patients with ulcer disease, however,would subject to suffering from hypoglycemia 2 to 5 hours after meal.
