摘　　要：加权综合预测法一改传统的单一数学模型预测法,可对两种或两种以上定量预测结果或定量、定性预测结果进行加权合并。由于它考虑了几种方法所获得结果的权重,因此可减小预测误差,提高预测的准确性,是一种值得推广的预测方法。广州市卫技人员数的预测,使用本法后,结果较单一预测提高了效应。The weighted synthetical forecast can weightedly merge two or more than two kinds of qualitative or quantitative results. It can reduce the forecasting error, improve the forecasting accuracy as it has considered the weights obtained by several methods. Therefore, this forecasting method is worth spreading. Comparing with the traditional mono—mathematical forecast, the effect has been improved in using this method.
