摘  要:本文利用改良空气干燥制片法,首次对柳天蚕(Actias Selene Hubner)的染色体数目、形态及减数分裂过程进行了研究。结果表明,柳天蚕雌雄染色体数目均为n=31,呈颗粒状。其性型为xx-xy(或zz—zw)型。在双线期及终变期,雄比雌具有更为明显的交叉现象。继而对雌双线期染色体的绝对长度、相对长度进行了测算,结合染色粒等指标,初步进行了雌蚕组型排列,并得出了柳天蚕雌双线期染色体组型的雏型,对于开辟野蚕类的核型研究,充实蚕类细胞遗传学内容,具有一定的意义。A modified method of air drying mounting was adopted in an experiment from the autumn of 1982 to the spring of 1985 to study cytogenetically the chromosomes of a wild silk-producing insect, Actias selene, which is distri- buted in the district of Chongqing It was found out that the meiosis of spe- rmatocytes/oocytes started at the begining of 5th instar and that metaphase, which is the most suitable stage for chromosome examination and counting, occurred around 3-4 days after cocooning Examination of a large number of cells revealed that at metaehase Ⅰ and metaphase Ⅱ their chromosome number is n = 31 and the chromosome shape is granular Since the chromosome number of both sexes is the same,it is inferred that the sex type of the insect is xx-xy.In the prophase of meiosis,Actias sel ene showed distinct leptotene, zygotene, pachytene, diplotene and diaki- nesis. All the chromosomes were arranged according to their relative and absolute lengths and the number, shape and size of their chromosomes, and a tentative chromosome complement pattern for the female was obtained. Such a result is considered to be of importance for the study of the caryo- types of wild silkworms.
