摘　　要：一、国际统一海事立法的必要性海洋是连接各大洲和各国之间的天然纽带。自古以来,海洋就是国际贸易的通道;在科学技术日新月异的今天,就国际贸易货运量而言,仍有80%以上通过海上运输实现。随着国际贸易和国际海上运输的发展,各国贸易和海事立法日渐完善。但是,由于国际海上运输和远洋船舶的海事立法的国际性很强。The necessity of the unification of international maritime legisla- tion is expounded and situations about the international unification of maritime legislation and outcomes since 1970's and the participations of China in such unification are introduced.Such unification is predicted to have a wide prospects.
