高含量β晶型等规聚丙烯的研究

摘　　要：本文在等规聚丙烯(IPP)中添加一种新的β成核剂,制得了较高含量的β晶型等规聚丙烯(β-IPP),并借助广角X射线衍射法(WAXD)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和光学解偏振法(DLI)对影响β晶生长的因素作了探讨。结果表明。当β成核剂的含量为0.04％,熔体冷却速率低于5℃/min时,所获β晶的含量高达96％。High levels of the β-form isotactic polypropylenes (β-IPP) were obtained by adding a new effective β-nucleator. The influence of the concentration of β-nucleator, cooling rate and crystal temperature on the growth of β-IPP were investigated by X-ray diffraction (WAXD)、 differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)and the dep61arized light int- ensity (DLI). The results showed that the content of β-IPP obtained was 96% when β-nucleator content was 0.04% and the cooling rate w- as lower than 5℃/min.
