网格高速摄影机的研制

摘　　要：作者于1986年研制了 By-90型网格式高速摄影机。使用的是平凸柱面组合网格版,用转动的 Nipkov 园盘使像转移,摄影频率为1000～15×10~4幅/秒,画幅数达300幅。用电磁机械快门;由 TP-801微型计算机等组成的系统进行测速、转数显示并控制快门同步工作。在此基础上,又设计了新型机,将圆形扫描场设计为方形扫描场,更能充分利用方形微透镜的实际视场,将改善这类摄影机的使用性能。The model BY-90 high speed raster motion picture camera was designed and manufactured by authors in 1986.The raster plate t- hat was adhered together by two plates of planoconvex cylindrical lenses has been used.The images were moved by the rotating Nip- kov disk.The range of framing rate is from 1000 fps.to 15×10~4 fps.and maximum frame number is 300.It has an electro-magnetic shutter,the control systems consist of model TP-801 micro-compu- ter and other parts for measuring the framing rate,digital display and the shutter release synchromization On the basis of above-me- ntioned camera,a new type camera was designed.We have also r- edesigned the mechanical scanning field in a square shape instead of the circular field.The practical field of square microlenses can be more effeciently used,thus the operating characteristic of this type camera will be improved further.
