党参及其有效成分抗胃粘膜损伤作用与机制研究——Ⅴ、党参部位提取物Ⅶ-Ⅱ对胃组织内前列腺素含量的影响

摘　　要：党参部位提取物Ⅶ-Ⅱ20、30、40g/kg给药3小时能明显提高正常大鼠胃组织内PGE_2含量,对PGF_(2a)作用不明显,PGE_2/PGF_(2a)比值增大;对PGI_2和TXA_2含量均有一定的降低作用,以TXA_2降低为显著,PGI_2/TXA_2比值增大。上述药理效应均有量效依赖关系。认为党参部位Ⅶ-Ⅱ抗胃粘膜损伤作用与增强胃粘膜的细胞保护作用有关。This paper has reported the pharmacological effects of extract VII-F2 of CP on 'the prostaglandins content in gastric mucosa of rats. The results showed that the content of PGE2 was markedly increased after oral administration of extract VII-F2 for 3 hr, at the dosages of 20, 30, 40g herb/Kg Wt, but no marked influence was showed on PGF2a ,so that the quotient of PGEz/PGF2a was significantly increased. On PGI2 and TXA2, extract VII-F2 of CP could in some degrees reduce the content of both, do-minently influenced on TXA2, so that the quotient of PGI2/TXA2 was also increased. All of the effects above had a dose dependent reationship. By mentionedabove results, it is suggested that the effects of extract of VII-F2 on preventing gastric mucosal damage are related to the enhance of cytoprotective effect on gastric mucosa.
