摘  要:以甲高及氢考二种“阴虚”模型为对象,用放射配基结合分析法,观察到模型肾和脑βAR及MchoR一对细胞调控机制反方向变化时,滋阴中药知母的双向调节作用。即知母能使增多的βAR最大结合位点数(R_T)减少,使减少的MchoR最大结合位点数增多,同时使它们各自向相反方向转化,从而调整它们的相互关系,使细胞功能异常得到纠正。这与以往观察到的生地作用类似,提示这种双向调节作用与它们的滋阴疗效机制密切相关。The action of the aqueous extract of Yin tonics. Anemarrhena Asphodoloides Beg (AAB) on BAR and MchoR was studied in 'hyperthyroid' mice. The maximum binding capacities (RT) of brain and kidney BAR were measured with 3H-DHA binding assay. It was found that the RT values of Hyperthyroid mice were significantly higher than in normal mice and were decreased by AAB. The RT values of brain 昅choR were measured with 3H-QNB binding assay and were found to be lower in hyp-.erthyroid than in normal mice .while the action of AAB on MchoR was to increase the RT of MchoR. Therefore,in Hyperthyroid mice BAR and MchoR changed in opposited direction and the action of AAB is to reverse the changes of both and thus to adjust the'ir interrelationship. In mice injected with hydrocortisdne, the change of BAR and the action of AAB in different diseases. The action of AAB on BAR was further demenstrated by the fact that the elevated plasma cAMP response to isoproterenol in hyperthyroid mice was suppressed by AAB.
