十全大补汤、杞菊地黄汤和归脾汤的一些药理作用

摘　　要：归脾汤水煎剂和杞菊地黄汤水煎剂以及它的50％乙醇提取物能增强吞噬细胞功能,后者还能降低四氧嘧啶引起的高血糖,减少东莨菪碱对学习记忆功能的损伤。十全大补汤的水煎剂及醇提剂也有改善学习记忆的作用。Decoction of Guipi Tang and Qiju Dihuang Tang and its 50% alcohol fraction can increase the phagocytic function of macrophages, the decoction and 50% alcoholic fraction of Qiju Dehuang Tang can lower the high blood glucose content in mice treated with alloxan and improve the impaired memory acquition induced by scoplamine in mice. Decoction and alcoholic fration of ShiqUan Dabu Tang can also improve mice learning and memory ability.
