川芎、抚芎、金芎和东芎的药理活性比较

摘　　要：四种芎类1×10^(-2)g/ml水提液对大鼠离体子宫的收缩作用强度是川芎>金芎>抚芎>东芎;醇提取液作用顺序是川芎>抚芎>金芎>东芎。10.0g/kg灌胃对醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应的抑度强度水提液为川芎>抚芎>金芎>东芎;醇提取液是川芎>东芎>抚芎>金芎。0.5g/kg静注,增加兔颈总动脉血流量,水提取液是川芎>东芎>抚芎>金芎;醇提取液是东芎>川芎>抚芎>金芎。四种芎的水提取液以125g/kg(生药量)给小鼠口服,均未见毒性反应。Experiment materials'Chuanxiong', derived from dried rhizomes of Ligusticum Chu-anxiong (Chuanxiong) ,L. chuanxiong cv.Fuxiong (Fuxiong), L. chuanxiong cv. Jinxiong (Jinxiong) , and L.officinale (Dongxiong) ,is one of the main chinese traditional drugs for improvement of blood circulation.This paper reports the pharmacological active comparison among Chuanxiong, Fuxiong, Jinxiong and Dongxiong. Experiments showed that their active intensities, with water-extracts (1 Xl02g/ml), are Chuanxiong>Fuxiong>Jinxiong>Dongxiong; with alcohol-extracts (same consentration), their active intensities are Chuanxiong>Fuxiong>Jinxiong>Dongxiong on the isolated uteri contraction in rats.Effects samples (10.0g/kg, ig), with water-extracts,are Chuanxiong> Fuxiong>Jinxiong>Dongxiong; with alcohol-extracts (same dosages) their activities are Chuanxiong>Dongxiong>Fuxiong>Jinxiong on the HAC-writhing in mice.In increased blood flow of the arterias carotis communis in rabbits, their water-extracts (0.5g/kg, iv) activities are Chuanxiong>Dongxiong>Fuxiong>Jinxiong; their alcohol-extracts activities are Dongxiong>Chuanxiong>Fuxiong>Jinxiong. Mice were dosed orally with water-extracts of four samples (125.0g/kg), the results that they have no toxicity.
