党参及其有效成分抗胃粘膜损伤作用与机制研究——Ⅳ、党参部位提取物Ⅶ-Ⅱ对胃粘膜屏障的影响

摘　　要：党参部位提取物Ⅶ-Ⅱ口服能明显提高正常大鼠胃壁结合粘液含量,十二指肠给药能明显提高幽门结扎大鼠胃壁结合粘液含量;口服给药3小时能明显减低无水乙醇所致的大鼠胃粘膜损伤和胃粘膜电位差下降,使溃疡指数降低和损伤后胃粘膜电位差降低百分率下降。上述药理效应在10～40克生药/公斤体重剂量下均有明显的量效依赖关系。This paper has reported the pharmacological effects of extract VII-F2 of CP on gastric mucosal barrier in rats. The results confirmed that the extract VII-F2 of CP could markedly increase the content of conjugated mucus on gastric mucosal wall of the normal rast, and it could also markedly enhance the contest of it by duodenal administration in pylorus ligation rats. The results also revealed that the pretreatment of extract VII-F2 of CP orally for 3 hr.could significantly reduce the lesion index of gastric mueosa and the decreasing degree of gastric potential difference of, rats caused by absolute eth-anol. All of the pharmacological effects above were in a dose dependent manner.
