摘　　要：自由基(FR)与医学的关系正日益受到国内外学者的重视与研究。本文对于心肺脑复苏与自由基的概念、自由基的病理,病理生理做了简单介绍,对于抗自由基药物的应用作了单述。作者对山莨菪碱在心肺脑复苏进行了动物实验和临床应用的研究,初步取得了较满意的结果。Both Chinese and foreign investigators have been paying great attention to the study of the relationship between free radicals and medical science. The concept of cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation (CPCR) and free radicals, the pathologic and pathophysiologic effects of free radicals were briefly introduced. The application of antifree radical drugs was elucidated. Anisodamine was used in CPCR experimentally in animals and clinically in patients with a preliminary satisfactory result.
