乙脑病毒RNA的提取纯化的进一步研究

摘　　要：本文利用酚-乙醇提取法并接合珠形琼脂糖柱层析纯化从乙脑病毒感染鼠脑中制备了相当纯净的乙脑病毒RNA,经一系列鉴定证明制品相当纯净,并进一步得出病毒RNA的收获率。This paper is presented the purified preparation of JEV specific RNA which was isolated from a suspension of infected mouse brains with a method of phenol-ethanol extration, and consequently fractionated by means of chromatography on a Scpharosc-4B column, The preparation of this fractionated JEV-RNA, which had be en characterized by the agrose gel slab electrophoresis and ultraviolet absorbtion, and subject to quantitatively analyse the content of its contaminant proteins and DNA,was identified to be pure, and. we also presented the yield of this preparation of JEV-RNA.
