摘　　要：本文报道了梨花药及子房培养的试验结果,获得了较高的愈伤组织诱导率(85％),得到了子房培养中的分化芽,并对不同材料的激素反应进行了分析。Tissue culture was carried out with the anther and ovary of Pyrus brestschneideri Rehd as explants. Calli of the explants on the culture medium of Murashige and Skoog (MS) with addition of 1—3 mg/l 6—benzylaminopurine(BA) and 0.5 mg/l 2, 4—dichlorophenoxy acetic acid (2, 4—D) exceeded 85％. Cultured under light, yellow callus changed to green without buds derived. The ovary on the media of MS with 1 mg/l BA and 0.5 mg/l naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and of MS with 1 mg/l kinetin (KT) and 0.5 mg/l NAA grew slowly and inflat-ed after weeks, A bud was finally differentiated.
